There is a known issue affecting people that have a free or shared licence account (see further details below – Free account)
The limit is in place to prevent excessive load on the server and due to licensing conditions set by the publishers.
This depends on your membership level. Access All Areas members can download up to 10 files per day (this would be more material than someone could possibly use in one day). Daily Download Plan members can download one file per day. A day is defined as a 24 hour period.
There are 2 membership levels available. The levels are ‘Access All Areas’ membership and ‘Daily Download Plan’. The main difference between the levels is the billing frequency and the number of features included.

Yes – you can upgrade or downgrade within your account. Log in to your dashboard and go to Account > Change Membership Level.
Yes – Non-members are able to order individual files without joining the website. There is a one-off charge for each individual file. The cost is a flat rate of £3.95 (GBP) per item.
If you have been given free access to the site you are most likely enrolled with a partner drum school or education provider that has activated a blanket licence for their students to be able to log in as an ‘Access All Areas’ member. This means you have shared access with all other students enrolled at your school or college under one main account, which means that the daily download limit (see above) applies to everyone under the account as a whole, not to you individually. Therefore as a result you may discover your daily download limit has been reached sooner than expected. If this happens repeatedly and you cannot access the item you require, please email requests for unavailable files to hello@drumteacherlondon.co.uk and an admin will unblock the file and/or email it to you manually.
If you stop being a student, your free Access All Areas account will be terminated. You may re-register as a paying member by signing up for a new account at drumteacherlondon.co.uk. You will need to sign up for a fresh account to move from the shared account to your own individual account.
